Time

Maybe we should think of memory itself as a work of art—and a work of art is never finished, only abandoned.
— Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows

Time is most likely the most powerful purely physical force in the universe, and we're all subject to it. Recently, I have been thinking a lot about how time works exactly, and how humans respond to time passing, life changing, etc.

One way we attempt to freeze time is through remembering. We take photos, journal, and try to hold tightly to moments that were so good we never want to let them go. The reality of it all, however, is that the moment was gone the second after the memory is created. I guess that's what makes it so important.

Themes of time and memory will no doubt play significant roles in the art that is to come. I eagerly await sharing creations I hope will strike conversation or simply awaken the soul in one way or another. As a small human attempting to make sense of the world, I promise nothing but exploration and inquiry.

I hope that's enough for you. It certainly is for me.
