Memmingen, Germany

We all love a good German town. If you have grown up reading fairy tales or watching Disney movies, or further had the privilege of traveling to quaint Central European towns, you probably have the same nostalgic feeling upon looking at pictures of Germany. It’s lovely.

A dear friend commissioned these two pieces from me— German town square watercolors, two different scenes. It was an absolute joy to paint these smaller pieces. Each are 4x6 and borderless. My favorite part of these pieces is the wispy human figures floating around.
